Customer satisfaction is our goal and that’s what we strive for at Zahyan. Due to the nature of the products sold at Al Zahyan store and our keenness to serve you, products can only be returned in the following two cases:

To serve you faster and better, please provide us with the order number, a description of the issue and pictures of the product.
If your return is accepted. We will send you a return shipping policy outside Riyadh or send a representative to you in Riyadh. Plus instructions on how and where to send your shipment. Items sent to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.
Are there fees for returns or exchanges?
Zahyan store shall bear the full fees in case the product arrives to the customer damaged or not matching the order with full replacement and return conditions.
The customer is responsible for the full cost of shipping and return fees and will be deducted from the value of the returned/exchanged product in both cases:

Our team works hard to satisfy you. In some cases, the exchange/return process may take up to 10 business days.
We will notify you as soon as we receive the item(s) and check the condition. We’ll let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved. You will be automatically refunded using your original payment method.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund as well.

In the event of a replacement and there is a difference in value between the original product and the replacement product, the difference in value will be requested.
Notes:
Cash on Delivery (COD) is a paid service with a value specified on the checkout page in exchange for the customer receiving the order and paying on time. When the product arrives and you want to return it, it will be deducted from the total amount paid to benefit the customer.
The customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund if the status of the order is pending (before the order is processed and the product(s) are packed and shipped out) and if the order is processed and the bill of lading is issued, the order will be canceled and the amount will be refunded after deducting the bill of lading fees.
If a customer orders a batch of products and wants to return part of the products, the value of the remaining products will be calculated at their original price and not at the batch price.
If the customer is requesting a return for some products in the order for the first time, the return/exchange will be accepted according to the store’s policy. If you request a return for other products for the same order, the return/exchange request will not be accepted.
The customer must return the free products (if any) if they wish to return the entire order as per the store’s policy.
The product(s) must be delivered to the shipping company’s office within a maximum of 3 days from the date of arrival of the policy to the customer. So be sure to scan the messages sent to you when you request a refund/replacement. Note that Zahyan sends A bill of lading paid to the customer within a maximum of 3 working days to be delivered with the product to the shipping company.
